Center Popup Bar

Hello, currently I am trying to center the popup thing in the JS fiddle (you will see what I am talking about):

However, it will also have to be centered if there are only two dots or 10 dots. Currently, I am unsure how I can do this.

Nevermind i fixed it. For some odd reason it didnt want to work before but now it does. LUL
