Moving Spotlight on image stopped working

3) Describe problem: This script has worked for years. Suddenly, it no longer works online or offline. Although to date I only had it installed in a test web page, it worked great...moving the spotlight back and forth on an image with text cutouts, causing the text to darken and lighten in a moving light configuration. Now I just get the image with its cutout text, and nothing happening. Other test pages not online also fail. As I see no demo, I'm not sure how to, or even if this script can continue to be used.
