script for coloring scroll bars

Many years ago I was dabbling around with web pages. I quit doing that in about 2003, but before I quit I used this site to get scripts. I got one that showed how to make mouse trails as well as several more. One of them showed how to color the scroll bars to match the theme on your page.

Is that script still available? I could not find it when I searched.
