Yes, I got your message, but I don't have any more time to spend on your problem. That was a five minute solution using IrfanView and saving the images as PNGs with transparent backgrounds to demonstrate what is possible. You could use Paint Shop Pro or Gimp for a better result.
If you constantly ask other people to do things for you you'll never learn anything.
