Needed (X)HTML CSS Designer's help can't do it all myself...

Anyone know where I can find a designer that doesn't have to be paid for every lil' thing????
I'm building a system which already has 8 websites...I'm currently working on the admin panels and need a lot of help since switching back and forth
between languages, styles, layouts (front/back) and coding all the things required for database system etc. are not easy for me. It doesn't matter if
your a professional or a beginner I just need someone to take up some slack and disscuss things with...
You will end up with probably the largest portfolio on the internet. I just need help...please! I've tried in other forums and no one seems to want to
help and I've already put 3 years into this system.
