How to locate a link in a Wordpress site

Can someone please tell me how to locate the two actual url links below for the two large images next to the slideshow that says TradeMark Homes and TradeMark Communities on this website http://www.trademarkresidential.com/. This is a wordpress site with a custom theme. I added below the search id code from the front-page.php for reference. I highlighted the home_search_url and apartment_search_url in red. I also added the css code for the two button images for reference. Would it be found in a php file or database table perhaps? I ultimately have to add a 3rd link under the apartment link and adjust the other two links. Thanks
