I mean, I can't make out anything in the shot. It's only 415 × 240. That box looks like a Skype window...? Other than that, I can't read anything or make anything out.

The thumbnail came automatically off the linked image.
If you actually open the link, you should be able to make it out pretty easily.

Well, I think keyboard's old signature concerning the floppy disk has put a rather unwanted slant on this.
