Most of the websites like weather.com,wunderground.com,accuweather.com all have widgets you ca add to a website.In most cases you have to register with them and in some cases provide your website where the code will be placed.here are a few of my tests to see what some look like:

Thank you for all of the great information here. After looking through everything I decided to go with the plugin from accuweather.com which is very customizable and what I am looking for. I have added it to my admin page for easy reference.
