Can't access "My Profile"

I'm new here, primairly due to a dynamicdrive script problem I had (fixed thnx to jscheuer1).
I'm curious if/when I am entitled to send private messages? (Did the usual when the terms/conditions screen was displayed during registration.)

To PM somone, you must be at least a Junior Coder (>4 posts and member for x number of days).

the requirements are having more than 5 or more posts, and having been registered for 15 days
