data from excel into PHP pages

I am looking to try and extract the contents of an excel sheet that contains 500 individual cells a1; a2; a3; a4;.... a500 and extract the content of cell a1 into page1.php the extract data in cell a2 into page2.php and so on, any ideas as mysql programing is extremly bad.

the reason for this is that i need to place the contents of the 500 cells containing details of london boroughs into 500 individual .PHP pages without having to edit 500 pages individually.
