Start Checkout Button not positioning correctly

Hello all,

For some reason my Start Checkout button isn't positioning correctly on my Shopping Cart page.

There's this bodacious white space between my Total and my Start Checkout. Not sure why, and I can't seem to get rid of it.

Any ideas? Tips? Thanks!
