Alien Force (feedback)

If anyone remembers a game called Alien Force, I remade it in flash and as3.
http://eg.jfein.net/space (may have to zoom out to see everything)

arrow keys to move (your the blue dot)
space bar to shoot (shoot the red dots)
at the beginning of the game, if you want to adjust the level you're on, use the [ and ] keys ([ = decrease level, ] = increase)

As levels go on, the aliens will start to shoot more. they shoot at every level besides 1.

You can only have one bullet on the board at a time
You have unlimited lives
don't touch the aliens or you're dead.

Yes, I know, there are some bugs.

Pretty basic, but fun (for a few minutes). It works well, although it stalled a few times on my computer, (but my computer is overheating and running slowly at the moment anyway).

OK, but how do kill the aliens?

Hit spacebar and hope your aim was right. (It took me a while to figure that out too.)

How are you meant to start the game because sometimes when I start the game by pressing space, I can't shoot. Also When my bullets travel out of the area, Up or Down, the bullets just stop on the edge of the screen, and it looks a bit funny.

Otherwise, a nice and simple, but fun game! :)

When you press the space bar to begin the game, shooting doesn't work. It's an easy fix but I just haven't fixed it yet.
