send 1 table id to another table using a form

I hope this is the correct forum
I have an input form that sends data to three different table in a MySQL database.
What i have is a tenant table, a guarantor table and a landlord table, also on the form i have property information that is is a drop down menu ( the menu is populated from a 4th table called property) and dropped into some locked feilds

so when the form is submitted in need the properyID, GuarantorID and landordID
to be sent to the tenant table, within the tenant table i have included three columns for this called properyID, GuarantorID and landordID
