I have an image at

I want to change the face colors from the orange to blues.
I have not used anything but tools to resize an image, thats pretty much it.
I hope that someone here may know of a free tool I can use to do this.

Maybe you could use gimp, well you would need to download. Or you can download a free trial of paint shop pro.
That is so awesome,and done quite quickly too.
It looks great in my favorite color.
