full screen image gallery help needed

Hi..
I am trying to create a full screen image gallery with scale function for images and i know how to scale images according to window size. but i am trying to do the image with zoom in zoom out effect. that means each image will load with zoom in or zoom out from different directions. the problem , that when resizing window then the images are not scaling to the window size. i need the movie clip always keep the size according to the window size with Top Left position. I am not sure this is right or wrong what i did yet. any way i am attaching the source file . please help me friends... or give me any other method if you can..
