how to download flash video

Cant you just send your friends the link?

If the site doesnt provide a video download link, they probably dont want the video to be so readily available, presumably to make it difficult for people to "borrow" their content.

That said, I'm pretty sure that using Google you can find various schemes for this. We just can't help you with them if they go against the content provider's written or implied rules or terms.
