Sticky Tooltip script - no dock in IE 7- for image map

3) Describe problem: In IE 6 and 7 the right click, (on)contextmenu as used by the script, doesn't register on the trigger in an image map, rather upon the image. As a result even when enabled, right click doesn't dock tips in those browsers for image maps.
