Mouseover Script wont work with Conveyor Belt script

3) Describe problem: i entered this script into a page where i have the conveyor belt image effect and it just stopped working. if i delete the conveyor belt effect it then works.

I have attached the script from my frontpage 2003 code.

Please, I will appreciate all the help I can get with these script, I mouseover script stopped working when i included the Conveyor Belt script into the body section of the Code page of my frontpage.
