hi, I use iWisoft swf to flv converter to help upload flash files to Youtube. Nice work, you can google it and have a try.
You can save your file as an FLV directly through Adobe Flash (a 30 day trial is available from Adobe if you don't currently have it).
Youtube can handle FLV containers.
