Need help adding extra item to menu

Hi all,

I am just starting to learning flash, well learning to modify other peoples flash, although I do plan on sitting a proper course if I can find a good one.

To the point, I have a menu with 5 selectable items. I would like to add a 6th. This is a side menu and they are stacked on top of each other.

I have one other problem as well. Sometimes when I am browsing that site the flash menu up the top doesn't display, but hitting F5 brings it right up. There is a go to and play the last frame action in there. Could that be causing it? I can upload the file as well if anyone wants to have a look at that.

Can anyone guide me through this or perhaps assist, I have uploaded the fla files into a zip.
