Looking for developer to configuring Spry Tabbed Sliding Panels.

I'm looking to have this developed. http://www.patrickjudson.com/SpryTabbedPanels.php
Basically with tabs on the top and it rotates with a fade effect.

I created this http://www.patrickjudson.com/SpryTabbedPanels.php using the Adobe Spry Technology but I do not know how to configure the fade effect so that it doesn't fade down to alpha.

I will bult the application using CSS and all I need is for someone to code it so it slides from Tab to Tab. Or You can just help me configure this one so it works the way I need it.
