flash sometimes does not display

Hi all,

Firstly, here is a link to the site.

Sometimes the flash just doesn't appear. Simply pressing F5 fixes the issue.
I do have the flash set to start at the last frame, although obviously it still plays, just not as long as the original I 'borrowed'.

Can anyone suggest what might be happening or if they have seen this before. When browsing through the site from page to page it happens. There is a new swf for every page to make the tab the page is on static so you know what page you are browsing.
