Drop-in Box Top Attribute Not Working

3) Describe problem:
A. The script does not respect the TOP attribute of the DIV that specifies the drop-in box behavior - the Width, Left and other attributes work fine. Changing or removing the TOP attribute has not impact on the placement of the box. I have tested the script in a clean HTML pages using IE8 and the latest version of Firefox. I am assuming that the box should appear at the top of the page and slide down the page and stop at the position that is set by the TOP attriubute.

B. Just a side note. I accidently changed the bounce control number to 108. This caused an interesting behavior: the box appeared, bounced, and then slide down and off the page.

C. I noticted a var direction="up". The variable does not seem to be implemented. What is the intent?

I like this script better than the "Amazon" style drop-in box since this script's box appears at the top of the page and slides down into position.
