Best Shopping Cart?

I'm making/going to make/maybe will make/thinking to make an e-commerce website and I got a question:

What is the best shopping cart?

Depends on your needs. Personally I like Foxycart, but again it just depends on your needs. I've also used Zen-cart on a few projects and have no problem with it other than it is hard to find stuff in the admin area.
