Asp Function in my sql

Hello i am wondering if anyone can help me in classic asp and vbscript with mysql


I have two fields vy and vn vote_yes and vote_no in videos table i want to sort the sql as per the quality

str_y = rs("vy")
str_n = rs("vn")
totalvotes = str_n + str_y

If str_y <> 0 then
str_y_exe = (str_y / totalvotes) * 100
strVotePercentage = FormatNumber(str_y_exe,2)

strVotePercentage = 0

how i can use like

Sql = "select * from videos where Quality(vy) > 90 " ????
