Seeks a skilled PHP/AJAX/MySQL programmer for commerce project

1) I am building a commerce system, front & backend, off an existing open source CMS, and shopping cart system. Ajax will be required for the customer interaction, when viewing products.

I am on a tight budget, and am considering hiring a coder in well qualified INDIA I found on Guru.com, however I would prefer dealing a someone with no language barrier, and to build a long term relationship for projects in which we will make the most out of.
