Smooth Navigational Menu: Problem - Cannot view previous tree menu drop down

here is the temp page setup -- http://anbfutbol.com/template14.shtml

on this page, if you scroll across the menu drop downs and sub menus,
all is fine. do this for each drop down. now go back to any of the menus.
you can no longer view the sub menus where the right arrow key points
in either firefox or IE.

i already removed the shade to "false" as i was getting blotches of grey,
and despite the fix of days ago, it still leaves blotches in IE.

so if anyone can please give me direct instructions to solve my problem
in any way, so that it works in both firefox and IE, please help.
