I open the file in fireworks and the ani gif appear correctly , well where is the problem ?

What about the image is corrupted? (Or have you fixed it since this post?)

it seems sometimes get corrupted automatically frequently...today from office[DSL ACCESS] I UPLOAD it but in the afternoon corrupted, well ?

I've viewed the page several times from my home computer and don't see a problem. I'll check from another computer tomorrow and see if there are any issues.
