Hi,
I am trying to find a free service like YAHOO ANSWERS, where you can ask a question by deducting points, and you can earn points by answering questions. Is there anything like this that is free, or very cheap?
My server supports PHP, has one MySQL database, is SSI compatible, and is Perl enabled.
