menu dots

This goes back a few years and I am hoping someone still has the script as I am not finding it still on this site (yet)...

The screen would be black with a with white dot or tiny white-filled circle where a text could be placed below it (like a title, say 'main menu')

When this circle was clicked it would "burst" into a set number of other dots leaving the original dot in the center - the other dots could be setup as hyperlinks, menus or even another set of dots to appear from them...

Hopefully someone here has a clue to what I am looking for...
