Animated Collapsible DIV v2.01 bug with IE

3) Describe problem:
When you apply the script to a div containing children divs IE (6 and 7) fails to make the animation right: it displays the div without sliding effect, while the fade effect acts; then the div disappears (but the subsequent page elements don't move, just like visibility: none effect) and finally the div displays correctly but abruptly, without animation and fade effect.

Incidentally, I think you could declare the script Safari 3.0 Win compatible: it works wonderfully!
