Internet - Website Development - Dynamic Table

Hello ! Friends...

I am a web novice and need to know the following please help....

Will be incuding a table of content on a page that will have e.g. 5 coloumns...

e.g. No, Item Name, Opening Quantity, Closing Quantity, Todays Outgo

Now, this content will have to be updated on a daily basis. Need to know of a process, by which I can just upload a text file and the content of the table gets uploaded. Else, any other easier way of updating content on a daily basis..may be not by me, by an operator.

Please HELP!! :)

Your best bet is PHP + MySQL. You can also use another server-side language and database combo, if you prefer.
