That's not very complex, overall. It looks fairly realistic, but it is basically just some shapes and colors, with shading.
Create layers, either by hand or mathematically with the base colors. Add a bit of texture to them if you'd like. Then for those parts that need it, make some drop shadows.
Below is a link to a PSD (PhotoShop Document) with all layers intact for you to learn from if you would like. It may not be an "exact" replica of the image you posted, but I think it comes fairly close.
