timer control and fading effect

-- is there a timer present in visual studio 2005? because when i check the box in choose item under the toolbox, the control did not display in the toolbox.


Another question:

-- is it possible to have a fading effect on the looping only? in this image

as you can see... the labels were connected to the database.. I am already done with the code in connection of labels to the sql in database...what i want is that there's a fading effect as it transfer to another records from that table only not in the form.. and it is automatic that it transfer without clicking any button..
