3) DESCRIPTION:
Uses the format:
heading1- | heading2 | heading3 /
wordone | 512 | 421 /
test | 5215 | 533
etc..
and changes it to a sortable table.
-Use "-" to denote alphabetical sorting
-To sort up or down modify the "sortdown" property
