Which one is better Google Checkout OR PayPal?

It depends on what you want to pay for and how.

Google Checkout allows you to pay via debit/credit cards, and not bank accounts. PayPal however, allows you to.

Google Checkout is fairly new, and only available in the US and the UK.
PayPal is avaliable in most countries, but they charge pretty steep fees.

Both have their good and bad points, but I like PayPal. It's pretty damn popular.

Edit: Hmm... it seems to be avaliable in the UK now. What about Australia...!!!!! :p

Based on all of that, which is accurate, I'd say google checkout is better, as we can assume they'll charge less. But it'll need to improve a bit-- the bank accounts and international accounts, plus of course popularity.
Popular is good for now, but once google catches on, that'll be better. Google has yet to disappoint me.
