Interested in project-for-hire javascript/CSS/DHTML resource

I'm a developer in Northern California who is looking for a coding resource for incidental and occasional specific function development.

This person would be given a functionality and implementation treatment, from which he/she would develop cross-browser, standards-compliant function(s) that would meet the needs of the project, both in terms of actual browser functionality and implementation.

If you're a moderator of this site and are open to this kind of arrangement, or you frequent these forums and feel confident in your scripting ability, post a reply and we can have a deeper conversation.

For our part, we will pay quality wage for quality work, and we're open to discussing fair crediting rights as well as distributing license. In other words...we don't necessarily need to 'own' the code you write.
