It's basically an email template with all the fields filled In.
The only thing the user have to do is click the send button on their mail client. As simple as that.

Nice, but a server-side approach would be more appropriate and/or user friendly.

This is an old post and probably the website the OP linked to has been taken over by marketing companies. In any case, if you are looking for a "Tell A Friend" script, search for a server side script instead of any other client side solutions (basically for security and being more compatible). I have closed this thread and removed the link in the original post as it is no longer relevant.
