Need Help on displaying multiple page

Hi...All
I just designed my personal web, and while making my guest book, i'm thinking about how to display content of the guest book, in example 10 comment for each page and at the bottom of the page contain hyperlink number of total page like on friendster
1 2 3 >> of 10
or
<< 2 3 4 >> of 10
or something like that :D
I'm using php and mysql for the database
can someone please help me
