Hello!
I want to create a cursor for the blog with one image from my PC, I found the code but I don't know how to host .cur file with the extension. If I host file with some of the common free hosting websites, it is done without the extension and in that case the code doesn't work. Can someone help me?

The file should exist on your server as .cur or .ani.
If this doesn't work,
1. Your host doesn't support this for some weird reason. Switch hosts. Even other free hosts should allow this.
2. Your code is wrong, hence the problem.
Without more info, I'm not sure what's wrong, or, really, even what you are trying to do.
Also, this is not a specific question looking for a certain script, etc., so this would be better placed in the "other" section, unless (as is not clear above) it involves a script hosted on Dynamic Drive, in which case it belongs in the "dynamic drive scripts help" section (above this one).
Ok, I am going to explain more detailed.
I have a blog, and want to use a cursor made from one picture from my PC. I created the .cur file and found these two codes

So, it means these url must be changed with the url of my picture. I found www.badongo.com supports the hosting of .cur files, I uploaded my picture but the url is http://www.badongo.com/file/2555718 and there isn't extension .cur and in that case code doesn't work. So, I need explanation how to host my .cur file with the .cur extension so I can use it in the code.

Obviously that won't work. That's not a link to the file. It's a link to a download page.
Get some webspace somewhere and upload there. This is basic stuff (in that a webhost should allow uploads, or what would its use be?). Heck, geocities could work here.
That site specifically dissallows hotlinking anyway, so it's trying to not let you do what you're doing. Again, use another site.
That code above also have some issues--
*<style> should be <style type="text/css">
*Each line should end in a semicolon (;), like property: value;
*CURSOR should be cursor (not capitalized)
Additionally, the body tag and body css elements are redundant. You only need one.
And, just a general note of warning, this is usually just a nuisance and makes viewers dislike your page. You may have a good reason, so I'm helping you figure out the technical issues, but do take this into consideration.
