Looking for simple color hex code script (user friendly and easy to use)

I'm looking for any simple color hex code script to add onto our site as a small neat feature. Any recommendations would be appreciated

What do you want it to do? Just be there? want the visitor able to click and choose a font color?

Yes, something to help webmasters so they can generate color codes after they select a color from color grid, so it can be inserted into HTML :)
