CMD Net Send problems

I can't use net send on my network. My network is already set up. I use my laptop and PC to transfer files successfully. But for some reason i get this error in CMD:

Could it be because my laptop is connected through my router. Or maybe Norton is blocking netsend or something on my laptop?

What's the output of NET HELPMSG 2273?

I said NET HELPMSG 2273 not NET HELPMSG2273 :)

There is no such message as NET HELPMSG 2273, only that of what I said in my previous post. If you type in "NET HELPMSG 2273" in the command prompt, you get the following:

Added Later: I am currently on my home server, not connected to a network. As soon as I get into work on Monday morning, I will try again and post if anything is different.

Yea I saw screenshots of it (http://screenshots.modemhelp.net) when I had to troubleshoot an email problem for a customer that had just purchased Vista.
