It's fine, but it's not enough to be called a script or get hosted, or anything....

It's pretty much just a bunch of cursors, which anyone could find somewhere on the internet. It's one simple script.
It's ONE LINE of code. That's not a script, nor something DD could require a link back to for, since it's... just one line.
Plus, it's not even a script, but rather an attribute on the body tag.
To claim owernship on something, it can't be common knowledge, which, sorry to say it, that is.
If you are submitting the cursors as your OWN art, then that might be different, but the code itself isn't worth much.

That's fine. But I'm not sure if DD wants to host IMAGES, rather than code.
The code isn't anything people don't know, as I said, so it would just be hosting the images/icons.
Its like those cursors inside the cursor link on the homepage
