Need script service (complicated)

I need a java script that will allow a user to input their size dimensions and then the script would automatically choose which model will fit their size. The difficulty is that each model fits a range of sizes, so the app would have to be fairly intelligent. The model# is an option value in a drop down box which, once chosen, will be added to a shopping cart for purchase. I have an excel spreadsheet mock up that has all the necessary data that i can provide. Anyone interested? I am willing to pay a reasonable amount.

I wouldn't suggest doing this in Javascript. A server-side solution would be a much better idea, perhaps with a Javascript front-end.
