Ulitmate fade in slide show? maybe

hi all

i know very little about java script, so please answer in lay man terms;)

but i'm looking for a script that can fade in and out of a selection of tables i creat. take a look at http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/home/

they put a banner like advert that rotates some offers fading in and out of new ones, this is what i would like to do, but have no idea how, i was looking at the unlitmate fade in show, but i would prefer it to fade to white then the next table, and i think that only fades images not tables.

let me know if you have any suggestions

I dunno if this will work but what about trying an image crossfader like the Image CrossFade Redux at Slayer Office and instead of using images use server side includes?

that seems a decent idea, but i know nothing about java script, and the salyeroffice site doesnt have any tutorials about that script, i just had a look at it, but frankly i wouldnt know where to begin.

if u have suggestion i'd be happy to listen;) (read)
