[DHTML] Improved Cross-Browser Marquee

Improved Cross-Browser Marquee

3) DESCRIPTION:
My modifications mean that the marquee keeps scrolling continuously, without a break being noticable when it comes to the end of the message. The scroller also starts on the left, rather than there being a large blank space, which the scroller then moves left to fill.

Note: this is very 'hacky'. It seems to work, though I've not tested it in anything other than FF 1.07
