Flash Problem load slowly

I have a website www.thuexenhatrang.vn with flash load so slowly, have can I improve ?

I tried for several minutes and it would not load. I got no error, the loading indicator kept spinning, but I finally gave up. If it's the Flash that's causing that, you have to either get rid of it or make it take less bytes. Try it without the Flash and see what happens.
