how do you mirror a site?

I have a paid hosting account and a free account from my ISP and would like to try and set up a site mirror. How would I do it?

Well on my host there's an option when you add a new domain to mirror a specific site, you'd have to ask your host first and see whether they can do it or not.

which host do you use? if you don't mind me asking?
