You don't generally use CSS to do images. Stick with <img>, except for background images, which can be done with background-image: url(path/to/file.png).

So what is the advantiages of css why not keep doing heml website website like queerfm.net

However is there a script that will make the site load faster?
or a scipt that tells the site to find the images first then download them.

cos i must say that site has a lot of images.

CSS seperates style from data. This allows you to keep cleaner markup and to have a single external stylesheet that applies across multiple pages. Both effects make reading and maintenence vastly simpler.

So from what you say CSS is good for fonts and size.

but not for images and that

and some layout. colors, widths, alignment, etc.
