well the thing is I have recently downloaded the thing but dont know where to go from here. Do I have to Include it into a page to set it up or something

Extract it and run the installation script, in something like scripts/install.php (probably wrong). It'll guide you through the setup.

Nope. Not unless you're trying to integrate it into some sort of CMS. Even then you'd be better off just restyling the forum to match.

If no, don't try to host a forum... not gonna happen.

If yes, it should definitely work. Read the instructions carefully.
